Chad E. Sandey is Property Manager/Construction Manager of MFC Properties Corporation and manages a portfolio of over 240,000 square feet of office and retail commercial properties. Chad is Vice President of CMS Construction Services, LLC and manages all commercial construction projects such as new construction and tenant specific improvements. Chad has overseen more than 250 tenant improvement projects and several commercial construction projects.

Chad has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, construction management, development and leasing. Chad has experience with annual operating budgets for the entire MFC Properties Corporation portfolio, working directly with vendors that provide services to each of the properties, overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance of the retail and office portfolio.

Chad received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN.
