Lauri Lundquist - Bio

Lauri Lundquist is the Administrator for CMS Construction Services, LLC, assisting Chad Sandey, Vice President from the beginning of each project to the final close out of each project, focusing mainly on the administrative and accounting needs working closely with subcontractors organizing schedules and clients with their needs during the project.

Lauri is also the Office Administrator for MFC Properties Corporation and assists the Vice President and the Property Manager/Construction Manager with day-to-day business operations. Lauri works closely with the Vice President managing business accounts, preparing marketing material for land / development projects and leasing to prospective tenants within the property portfolio.  Lauri assists the Property Manager / Construction Manager who manages a portfolio of over 240,000 square feet of office, retail and medical properties on the day to day operations and maintenance.

Lauri has 25 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, leasing and development. Lauri has extensive administrative experience with monthly reports, marketing materials, billing and receivables and working directly with owners, tenants, clients, subcontractors and vendors to provide the highest quality customer service. Lauri is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
